Job summary

San Pablo Colleges Medical Center (SPCMC) seeks an HR Specialist – Compensation & Benefits to join our Human Resource Department. The role centers on compensation management, benefits administration, HR data analysis, and reporting to support payroll processes and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Philippine labor laws. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HRM, or related field.
• At least 2 years in compensation/benefits or HR roles.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employee benefits.
• Proficient in Excel for data management, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical skills for HR data interpretation.
• Experience in HR data analytics or dashboards is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Trustworthy with confidential information.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits programs per policies and labor laws.
• Maintain compensation records, salary adjustments, and pay docs.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, claims and reimbursements.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime for payroll.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR records.
• Prepare HR reports: headcount, compensation, attrition, metrics.
• Use Excel to generate HR reports and dashboards.
• Develop dashboards and data summaries for management.
• Assist in improving compensation and benefits policies.
• Provide support for other HR functions as needed.
