Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred.

About the role

San Pablo Colleges Medical Center (SPCMC) is looking for an experienced and highly organized HR Generalist to join our Human Resource Department. The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support and contribute to the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes. The role requires someone who can work independently, collaborate effectively with different departments, and handle various employee and organizational concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department

• Implement and monitor HR policies, programs, procedures, and initiatives

• Provide guidance and assistance to employees and department heads on various HR-related matters

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective and timely implementation of HR processes

• Prepare and review HR reports, documents, correspondence, and other management requirements

• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee records and HR documentation

• Handle and coordinate employee-related concerns and ensure proper documentation and appropriate action

• Monitor assigned HR activities and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

• Provide recommendations and HR support to management and department heads when necessary

• Assist in the development, improvement, and implementation of HR processes and practices

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

• With relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to various HR functions

• Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is highly preferred

• Demonstrated ability to independently handle HR responsibilities and employee-related concerns

• Good knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices

• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations is an advantage

• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
