The role partners with department heads to identify HiPo talent, run appraisal calibrations, and craft Individual Development Plans that bridge skill gaps with coaching and stretch assignments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years’ experience as an HR practitioner focusing on Organization Development, Talent Management, and Talent Optimization.
• Experience navigating HRIS and related systems.

Aufgaben

• Design and update Organizational Competency Dictionary to reflect industry standards.
• Facilitate talent reviews and maintain replacement charts and talent maps.
• Administer annual appraisal cycles with data-backed calibration.
• Create Individual Development Plans bridging skill gaps through coaching and stretch assignments.
• Lead organizational development initiatives and HR analytics to inform decisions.
