We are looking for an HR Timekeeping Staff to support HR operations for a construction environment, with a primary focus on employee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, manpower coordination, scheduling, and HR documentation.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry, and has hands-on experience handling employee attendance, time records, manpower schedules, and HR administrative requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of HR experience
Construction industry experience is highly preferred
Hands-on experience in timekeeping and attendance monitoring is highly preferred
Experience with manpower scheduling, deployment, or site-based HR operations is an advantage
Knowledge of DTR monitoring, overtime, absences, and attendance records
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Strong organizational and communication skills
Highly detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping skills
Able to handle confidential employee information professionally
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
Willing to work on-site in Quezon City
Willing to work Monday to Saturday
Manage and monitor daily employee timekeeping and attendance records
Check and verify employee DTRs, time records, absences, tardiness, and overtime
Assist in resolving timekeeping and attendance discrepancies
Coordinate with employees, supervisors, and departments regarding attendance concerns
Assist with manpower scheduling and deployment coordination
Prepare and coordinate trip schedules and logistics as required
Maintain accurate and updated employee HR records and documentation
Prepare, release, and file HR memos, notices, and internal communications
Assist in monitoring manpower requirements and employee schedules
Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower, attendance, and scheduling needs
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee records
Provide administrative support for daily HR operations
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
