Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Construction industry experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in timekeeping and attendance monitoring.
• Experience with manpower scheduling and site-based HR operations.
• Knowledge of DTR monitoring, overtime, absences, and attendance records.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily employee timekeeping and attendance records.
• Check and verify employee DTRs, time records, absences, tardiness, and overtime.
• Assist in resolving timekeeping and attendance discrepancies.
• Coordinate with employees, supervisors, and departments regarding attendance concerns.
• Assist with manpower scheduling and deployment coordination.
• Prepare and coordinate trip schedules and logistics as required.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee HR records and documentation.
• Prepare, release, and file HR memos, notices, and internal communications.
• Assist in monitoring manpower requirements and employee schedules.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower, attendance, and scheduling needs.
