Job summary

IGO TECHNOLOGIES in Manila is seeking an experienced Payroll Team Lead to manage end-to-end payroll processing with hands-on expertise in salary calculations, tax computations, and statutory contributions. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls across payroll runs.

Lead, mentor, and supervise the payroll team, coordinate with HR and Finance, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and address discrepancies.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading or supervising a payroll team.
• Hands-on SAP payroll execution experience.
• Strong knowledge of salary processing, tax computation, and statutory benefits.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine payroll compliance and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling SSS, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.
• Experience with payroll controls, audits, and reconciliation.
• Excellent time management and deadline adherence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Team Lead with strong hands‑on expertise in end‑to‑end payroll processing and proven experience leading a payroll team. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of payroll operations, tax computation, statutory contributions, compliance, payroll controls, and audit requirements. Experience using SAP as a payroll execution tool is required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process end‑to‑end payroll accurately and within established timelines.

• Handle payroll activities including salary processing, tax computation, and statutory contributions.

• Review payroll calculations and ensure accuracy of employee compensation and deductions.

• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll and government regulations.

• Manage statutory requirements and submissions, including SSS, Pag‑IBIG, and BIR.

• Lead, supervise, and support the payroll team.

• Monitor payroll timelines, controls, and processes to ensure timely payroll completion.

• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.

About you
