Gratitude Philippines is seeking an HR Technology Business Analyst to design, optimize, and maintain HR technology solutions. You will lead Workday EIB initiatives, collaborate with HR and operations, and ensure scalable, efficient systems that enhance employee experience.

The role requires hands-on Workday EIB experience, a strong HR systems background, and excellent communication. This hybrid position offers opportunities in Taguig with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday EIB.
• At least 2 years of experience with HR systems and tools.
• Familiarity with software development and QA testing concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and support Workday EIBs.
• Collaborate with HR and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and assess tool development needs.
• Support the implementation, upgrade, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems to ensure scalability and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and escalate tool-related issues.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate enhancements and ensure smooth rollouts.
• Partner with leadership and development teams to share insights and resolve tool-related challenges.
• Analyze HR processes impacted by technology and document workflows to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop training materials and conduct user-focused sessions to promote system adoption and proficiency across teams.
