Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Workday HCM experience.
• Experience with at least one additional Workday module.
• Strong data governance, documentation, and analytics skills.
• Previous Workday configuration experience is required.
• Experience with HR data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform data audits, maintain governance standards, and ensure data integrity within Workday.
• Document HR processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Generate reports and provide analytics to support HR decision-making.
• Optimize HR processes using Workday modules and system capabilities.
• Support end-users with Workday-related inquiries and provide training as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to manage and improve HR operations.
• Maintain system documentation and assist in continuous process improvement.
