Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience administering enterprise HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Experience leading complex HR technology projects and system enhancements.
• Experience with Time Tracking, Scheduling, Core HCM and related HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday and HR tech solutions.
• Manage complex HRIS projects, implementations, upgrades, and releases.
