About the role

The Talent Management Manager is responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that support the organization’s workforce planning, career development, employee retention, and organizational effectiveness. The role also oversees job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and compensation-related analysis to ensure that roles are appropriately leveled and that compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business requirements.

What we're looking for
