Job summary

SM City J Mall in Mandaue, Cebu, Philippines is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to review, plan, and develop talent programs from candidate selection through deployment, apprenticeship, or manpower contracts, in line with hiring strategies and labor laws.

The role drives talent engagement, upholds our employer-of-choice image, and develops monitoring systems for manpower movement, vacancy levels, and recruitment processes to onboard talents promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Ability to monitor performance appraisals and documentation.
• Experience implementing engagement and HR initiatives in line with local laws.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR operations and ensures alignment with policies and strategic initiatives.
• Assists in recruitment, onboarding, and deployment to ensure smooth employee integration.
• Monitors performance management activities and coordinates timely appraisals and documentation.
• Addresses employee concerns, facilitates engagement programs, and supports a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinates training, learning, and talent management initiatives to enhance growth.
