Intrinsic Digital, Inc. is a fully remote company with teams across the United States and the Philippines. We are seeking a PH-based recruiter/HR generalist to support U.S.-aligned roles and PH onboarding, providing local insight and responsive employee support.

The role covers talent acquisition, PH HR operations, and cross-training to cover PTO and workload spikes, requiring strong English, local employment knowledge, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS in a remote, cross-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience for PH-based roles supporting U.S. companies.
• Knowledge of PH employment practices and HR administration.
• Experience coordinating interviews across PH and U.S. time zones.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to balance recruiting with generalist HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global HR team to recruit PH-based talent for U.S. operations.
• Manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, communication, and documentation of candidates.
• Advise on local sourcing channels, compensation, market conditions, and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and support equitable selection processes.
• Support PH onboarding, changes, offboarding, records, and inquiries.
• Coordinate administrative matters with Remote through approved HR channels; track cases.
• Provide PH perspective to company policies and employee programs.

Who you are

The ideal candidate combines hands‑on recruiting experience in U.S.-aligned or night-shift hiring environments with practical knowledge of Philippine employment practices and HR operations. This individual will provide local insight and responsive employee support, assist with U.S. HR administration as capacity allows, and serve as a trained backup for designated HR responsibilities. The role is an individual contributor, not a separate PH HR department.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & PH Hiring

• Partner with the global HR team and hiring managers to recruit Philippines-based talent for roles supporting U.S. operations, including positions requiring U.S.-aligned schedules.

• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring‑process documentation

• Advise on local sourcing channels, candidate expectations, market conditions, compensation competitiveness, notice periods, and practical scheduling challenges.

• Maintain
  accurate applicant tracking records and support consistent, equitable selection processes and timely candidate follow‑up.

Philippines HR Operations & Employee Support

• Support PH onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, records, and employee inquiries in partnership with Sabrina and the global HR team.

• Coordinate administrative matters with Remote, the employer of record, through approved HR channels; track cases, documentation, and follow‑through.

• Provide practical PH employment and workplace context; identify compliance concerns and elevate legal, employee‑relations, payroll, or policy decisions to the HR Director and appropriate specialists.

• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records in BambooHR and other authorized systems; help employees navigate consistent global HR processes.

Global HR Support & Cross-Training

• Provide administrative support for U.S. HR workflows as assigned, including onboarding coordination, HRIS updates, documentation, reporting, and employee communications.

• Cross‑train to provide coverage during PTO, absences, and workload spikes, within training and access limits.

• Maintain process documentation, checklists, and handoff notes to strengthen continuity and reduce single points of failure.

• Contribute local PH perspective to company‑wide policies, communications, and employee programs without establishing separate PH‑only events or processes.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated recruitment experience for Philippines‑based roles supporting U.S. companies, U.S. clients, or U.S.-aligned operations.

• Working knowledge of Philippine employment practices, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes.

• Experience coordinating interviews and candidates across PH and U.S. time zones.

• Strong written and spoken English, sound judgment, discretion, organization, and follow‑through.

• Ability to balance recruiting priorities with generalist HR support in a remote, cross‑cultural environment.

• Comfort using applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools.
