Job summary

Intrinsic Digital is hiring a full-time HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our U.S. and Philippines teams, with a focus on Philippines-based talent for U.S.-based roles. Remote work with 40 hours weekly and onboarding during 7 pm–3 am PH time, then optioned hours.

You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews across PH and U.S. time zones, support onboarding and offboarding, and assist with HR administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience for Philippines-based roles supporting U.S. companies or U.S.-aligned operations.
• Working knowledge of Philippine employment practices and HR administration.
• Experience coordinating interviews across PH and U.S. time zones.
• Strong written and spoken English, sound judgment, discretion, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & PH Hiring: recruit Philippines-based talent for U.S. operations; manage sourcing, screening, interviews, documentation; align with global priorities.
• Philippines HR Operations & Employee Support: onboarding, changes, offboarding, records; coordinate with Remote via approved channels; ensure compliance.
• Global HR Support & Cross-Training: support U.S. HR workflows; maintain process docs; contribute PH perspective to company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
