Intrinsic Digital is hiring a full-time HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our U.S. and Philippines teams, with a focus on Philippines-based talent for U.S.-based roles. Remote work with 40 hours weekly and onboarding during 7 pm–3 am PH time, then optioned hours.

You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews across PH and U.S. time zones, support onboarding and offboarding, and assist with HR administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience for Philippines-based roles supporting U.S. companies or U.S.-aligned operations.
• Working knowledge of Philippine employment practices and HR administration.
• Experience coordinating interviews across PH and U.S. time zones.
• Strong written and spoken English, sound judgment, discretion, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & PH Hiring: recruit Philippines-based talent for U.S. operations; manage sourcing, screening, interviews, documentation; align with global priorities.

We, a US mobile marketing agency, are hiring for 1 full-time HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist position with at least 3 years of experience in relevant roles.

Job Summary

As our HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting our global HR team, with a primary focus on recruiting Philippines-based talent for U.S.-based positions and providing HR support across both our U.S. and Philippines teams.

Your day may include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews with U.S.-based hiring managers, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisting employees with HR-related questions. You'll also serve as a valuable resource for Philippine employment practices, helping ensure our processes remain compliant and aligned with local requirements.

Beyond recruiting, you'll collaborate closely with the HR team on employee lifecycle activities, HR administration, process improvements, and cross-training initiatives. You'll also provide backup support across HR functions as needed, helping ensure continuity during busy periods, planned absences, and unexpected situations.

This is a collaborative, hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a unified global HR experience, strengthen our recruiting efforts, and help create efficient, consistent processes that support employees across both countries.

• Experience coordinating interviews and candidates across PH and U.S. time zones.

• Strong written and spoken English, sound judgment, discretion, organization, and follow-through.

• Ability to balance recruiting priorities with generalist HR support in a remote, cross-cultural environment.

• Comfort using applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & PH Hiring

• Partner with the global HR team and hiring managers to recruit Philippines-based talent for roles supporting U.S. operations, including positions requiring U.S.-aligned schedules.
• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring-process documentation; coordinate with Piggy on recruiting priorities, standards, and reporting.
• Advise on local sourcing channels, candidate expectations, market conditions, compensation competitiveness, notice periods, and practical scheduling challenges.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and support consistent, equitable selection processes and timely candidate follow-up.

Philippines HR Operations & Employee Support

• Support PH onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, records, and employee inquiries in partnership with the global HR team.
• Coordinate administrative matters with Remote, the employer of record, through approved HR channels; track cases, documentation, and follow-through.
• Provide practical PH employment and workplace context; identify compliance concerns and elevate legal, employee-relations, payroll, or policy decisions to the HR Director and appropriate specialists.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records in BambooHR and other authorized systems; help employees navigate consistent global HR processes.

Global HR Support & Cross-Training

• Provide administrative support for U.S. HR workflows as assigned, including onboarding coordination, HRIS updates, documentation, reporting, and employee communications.
• Maintain process documentation, checklists, and handoff notes to strengthen continuity and reduce inconsistency.
• Contribute local PH perspective to company-wide policies, communications, and employee programs without establishing separate PH-only events or processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
