Job summary

Treasure Island Industrial Corp. in Mandaue City, Cebu, is seeking an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment process and ensure timely acquisition of qualified talent for organizational needs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HRM or psychology and at least one year of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced industry. You will coordinate with hiring managers and department leaders to build sourcing networks and monitor new hires.
