Job summary

ORO China Group of Companies in Cebu City is seeking a skilled Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for a multi-branch network, onsite at IT Park. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers, while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
• Proficient in using job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel or Sheets.
• Willing to travel or conduct recruitment activities across branches.
• Willing to be onsite at IT Park, Cebu City.

• Proficient in using job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

• Strong interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies and hiring requirements simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.

• Results-driven with the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Willing to travel or conduct recruitment activities in different branches, when required.

• Willing to be assigned and work onsite at IT Park, Cebu City.
