Qualifications

• Manages and maintains HR systems, user access, and accurate system data.
• Monitors and verifies timekeeping data for employees, interns, and service providers.
• Organizes HR data for analysis, reporting insights, and data-driven decisions.
• Develops and implements HR processes, learning tools, and communications.
• Resolves tickets and ensures timely HR service delivery with good engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains HR systems, user access, and accurate system data while collaborating with internal partners and vendors for issue resolution
• Monitors and verifies timekeeping data, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for employees, interns, and service providers
• Organizes HR data for analysis, reporting insights, and supporting data-driven decision making
• Develops and implements HR process improvements, learning tools, and communication materials using modern tools, automation, and best practices
• Ensures excellent service delivery by resolving tickets efficiently, maintaining engagement, and meeting turnaround times for HR services
