Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of HR-related work experience, preferably with payroll, compensation, and benefits exposure.
• Experience implementing and using HR systems and handling HR data.
• Excellent written and oral communication and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR systems (SAP-HCM, SAP-Payroll, SAP Fiori ESS, SuccessFactors) to maximize features.
• Ensure HR data governance policy compliance for users, payroll, and HRIS processors.
• Generate, analyze, and report HR data to support decision making.
