Job summary

Manpower Philippines is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead HR technology initiatives from requirements through go-live. You will drive implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformations while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong HRIS knowledge, project leadership, and the ability to translate HR requirements into actionable solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HRIS/HCM, HR technology, project management, or related experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end HRIS implementation, enhancement, or integration projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into practical HRIS solutions and deliverables.
• Client-facing project lead experience during HRIS delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR technology projects, implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformations.
• Oversee projects from initiation and requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, go-live and stabilization.
• Serve as a client-facing project lead and primary point of contact for HRIS delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage issues, risks, and stakeholder communications.
