Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking an HRIS Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of employee systems and workforce data for the Philippines Global Capability Centre of an established international healthcare organization.

This role focuses on HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS administration and employee data management, offering exposure to systems, reporting and data integrity across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRIS, HR Operations, Shared Services or Data Administration.
• Experience with employee record maintenance and data management.
• Ability to perform data cleansing, audits and compliance checks.
• Comfort with data reporting using Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Process employee changes including hires, terminations, and organizational moves.
• Support user accounts and access changes.
• Perform data checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with data cleansing and audits.
• Prepare HR reports and basic data analysis.
• Provide first-line support for system questions.
• Document SOPs, guides and reporting templates.
