Job summary

Tribal Group in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to administer HR systems, deliver accurate reports and dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and automate processes in a remote-flexible setup.

The role requires hands-on HRIS administration, strong Excel and data skills, and experience with Power BI and Power Automate to enable self-service reporting and better workforce insight.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with an HR information system or similar
• Experience producing accurate reports, dashboards or MI for stakeholders
• Strong Excel and data validation, manipulation and quality checks
• Understanding of HR processes, data structures and confidentiality
• Experience with permissions, configuration, workflows, data uploads or issue resolution
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform including Power BI and Power Automate
• Clear written and spoken English, able to work independently and explain technical info

Responsibilities

• Administer and support HR systems including permissions, configuration, workflows, data uploads and issue resolution
• Produce accurate regular and ad hoc reports covering headcount, forecasting, compliance and workforce activity
• Analyse and present people data through reports, dashboards and narratives highlighting trends, risks and recommendations
• Maintain accurate people data across systems with quality checks and escalation as needed
• Improve and automate reporting and processes using Power BI and Power Automate for self-service access
• Coordinate data submissions to external partners and regulatory bodies including salary benchmarking and gender pay reporting
• Provide technical support and maintain process documentation for continuous improvement
