Job summary

Global Payments Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an HR Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support for inquiries from team members, candidates, retirees and HR representatives; while building knowledge of HR topics and issues.

Bilingual (Spanish and English) required or equivalent experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Typically minimum 2 years relevant experience in a human resources role.
Experience working with HRIS systems and customer service platforms.
Proven track record of maintaining employee confidentiality.
Superior attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage the employee life cycle (onboarding and offboarding administrative duties).
Workday data entry, administration & data validation, auditing as needed.
Tier 1 inquiries handling and resolution.
Orientation sessions for new employees.
Awareness of local policies and procedures.
Tasks and projects as assigned.
