Using our proprietary tool, we quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials processes, allowing customers to focus on business while gaining immediate value. Once live, we continue to provide expertise and resources to support the customer’s individual Workday solution.

We are looking for a Workday Integrations Managing Consultant who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to deliver success.

Qualifications

• Workday Integrations Certification (Preferred)
• Fluent in English (Required)
• 1+ year of direct people‑management experience (Required)
• 2+ years implementing Workday Integration configurations for customers of all sizes, increasing in complexity (Required)
• 2+ years experience gathering requirements, design, prototype and testing of Workday Integration solutions (Required)
• B1/B2 travel visa (Strongly Preferred)
• Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIBs, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio (Preferred)
• Passion to train and develop direct reports of various experience levels
• General knowledge of all Workday functional areas
• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with clients and co‑workers positively, establishing confidence and trust
• Good problem solver who considers alternative perspectives and customer expectations

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to implement Workday Integration configuration solutions in environments of all complexity levels.
• Deliver high‑quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet client business needs.
• Define, build and implement HR processes and structures aligned with client objectives, enhancing the Workday experience.
• Configure and test vendor integration solutions in collaboration with functional internal and client teams.
• Participate in internal training, sharing skills and learnings with the organization.
• Manage a team of consultants, guiding professional development and handling escalations.
• Develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team using Workday experience and knowledge.
• Occasional US travel may be required based on client needs and project demands.
