Job summary

Manila Recruitment is seeking an HR Supervisor for a distributor of Indofood products in the Philippines. The role focuses on recruitment, payroll, HR administration, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Psychology, with at least 3 years of HR experience including 2 in a supervisory role, and strong English communication. You will support organization development and ensure compliant HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, compensation & benefits, and Philippine labor laws.
• Excellent communication skills in English (active).
• Experience with recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Strong administrative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervising recruitment, selection, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Feasibility studies on Labor laws and regulations; developing and enforcing personnel procedures and policies.
• Managing HR administration, including records, payroll, and government benefits.
• Supporting Organization Development & Talent Management; updating organization structure and job descriptions, performance management, and training needs.
