Job summary

MANYQ Food Management Ltd., Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in Binondo, Manila City. This full-time role supports the human resources function, ensuring effective people management practices and compliance with local laws.

You will help recruit, onboard, manage payroll and benefits, and coordinate training while fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with our values. The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience and a degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a supervisory or HR generalist capacity.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance in the Philippines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and orientation.
• Support administration of employee records, payroll processing and benefits management.
• Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
• Coordinate training and development programmes for employees at all levels.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws, regulations and company HR policies.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Maintain HR documentation and accurate record-keeping per legal requirements.
• Support planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
• Liaise between management and employees to foster communication and resolve workplace issues.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
