Job summary

MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking an HR Recruitment Specialist to oversee daily HR operations, guide a small team in recruitment, records, attendance, and benefits, and ensure policy adherence. You will supervise colleagues, review personnel data, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience with supervisory responsibilities and strong knowledge of Philippine HR practices, plus proficiency in HR systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibility.
• Previous HR supervisory, team leadership, or senior HR experience is required.
• Good knowledge of Philippine HR practices and employee documentation.
• Strong leadership, confidentiality, communication, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assign work and monitor HR staff performance and deadlines.
• Review employee records, onboarding, attendance, benefits, and HR reports.
• Support employee relations cases and policy implementation.
• Coordinate manpower and HR concerns with department supervisors.
• Coach junior HR staff and improve process consistency.
