The role manages recruitment, time-off, compliance with labor laws, and document control, while supporting daily administrative tasks and interdepartmental coordination.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, 5+ years HR experience including supervisory duties, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Knowledge in payroll systems and HRIS.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records (201 file), onboarding, terminations, and data updates.
• Manage recruitment activities: postings, interviews, reference checks.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage time off requests (sick leave, vacation, personal days).
• Process payroll, manage employee benefits, ensure accuracy.
• Respond to HR policy, benefits, and related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Record all incoming/outgoing documents and maintain files.
• Document daily administrative tasks; maintain hard/soft copies.
• Update inventory of supplies and create requests.
• Be the Showroom Point of Contact in Sales team absence.
• Manage petty cash system.
• Organize filing of records, ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, memos, and company news.

Education
