Job summary

Bestpak Packaging Solutions, Inc. is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations, support employees and department heads, and ensure HR policies are implemented effectively across the organization.

The role requires at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting, with strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and payroll processes. Collaboration with department heads and a focus on confidentiality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and policies across the organization.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for office, warehouse and manufacturing roles.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance to support payroll and employee benefits.
