Concerted Management Corporation is seeking an HRIS professional to administer and maintain HRIS and related systems in Manila. You will ensure data accuracy and security to support HR operations and reporting.
The role requires collaboration with HR leadership to identify enhancements, coordinate with vendors and IT, and coach staff on system usage. You will help ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity across HR processes.
1. Leads the administration and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security in order to ensure the effective administration and maintenance of HRIS and other HR systems to support HR operations.
2. Serves as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting HR system issues, coordinating with vendors and IT support as needed to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
3. Collaborates with HR leadership and stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities and requirements, including new features, functionalities, and integration in order to enhance HR systems to meet evolving business needs and improve user experience.
4. Develops and maintains standardized HR data and reporting processes, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of HR data in order to provide accurate and timely HR data and reports to support decision-making and compliance.
5. Provides training and support to HR staff and end-users on HR systems and technology solutions, including system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting tips in order to facilitate self-service and user adoption of HR systems.
6. Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data security policies and procedures, implementing safeguards to protect sensitive HR data in order to maintain data integrity and security.
7. Analyzes compensation data in order to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
8. Conducts job evaluations and classification studies in order to determine the relative value and appropriate pay level for different roles within the organization.
9. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations governing compensation practices. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to compensation.
10. Evaluates, coaches, and recognizes direct reports and staff, aligning appraisals with agreed KPIs to drive high performance and sustained engagement within the Department.
11. Performs other tasks given by the company official as the need arises.
