Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, final interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
Supervise, guide, and support junior HR staff by setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
Handle employee relations concerns, workplace conflicts, grievances, disciplinary actions, and DOLE-related cases.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, company policies, and government requirements.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Monitor employee performance and productivity, track HR metrics, and provide constructive feedback.
Assist in developing, implementing, and improving HR policies, procedures, and programs.
