Job Description
Salary Range: 60,000 above (negotiable depending on skills and experience)
Work Location: Clark, Pampanga (onsite)
Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm (must be willing to overtime)

Qualifications
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 2. At least five (5) years of related experience in Human Resources with three (3) years in a supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- 3. Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment is an advantage.
- 4. Strong knowledge of labor laws, data analysis and reports via HR metrics, and HR software systems.
- 5. Proven ability in managing full-cycle recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee life cycles.
- 6. High emotional intelligence and crisis management skills to make fast, compliance-sound decisions under pressure.
Summary of Work Scope
Oversee all HR functions (acquiring, training, and compensating employees and attending to their concerns), managing, motivating, and developing employees for the benefit of the organization
- 1. Hiring & Placement: Ensures that recruitment procedures are carried out efficiently. Recruit and deploy/hire qualified employees and meet manpower request within targeted time
- 2. Performance System Management: Monitor employees performance and determine their employment status (regular or end of contract) based on the results. Reports performance ratings and promotion scores accurately.
- 3. Personnel Assignment: Monitor employees progress and or transfer, reflect changes in the organization chart.
- 4. Training: Analyze training requirements and trainings needs. Facilitate trainings that will Improve or upgrade employees' skills, knowledge, behavior and attitude.
- 5. Awards & Recognition: Recognize employees' contribution to the Company.
- 6. Policy Management: Update and amend policies based on Company's requirement.
- 7. Audit Representative: Represents the Company re: HR (Training) during internal and external audits.
- 8. Compensation & Benefits (Compliance with Labor laws, Employee Benefits, Statutory Benefits, Payroll Processing).
- 9. Employee Relations & Organizational Development (Employee Discipline; Employee Concerns; Plan, Develop, Implement, Administer HR Programs for all employees).
- 10. Human Resources (Staff Management, External Communication, Government Representation, HR Reports).
Job Description
- 1. Oversee the entire hiring and placement lifecycle to ensure qualified staff are deployed within target deadlines.
- 2. Monitor employee metrics continuously to ensure accurate tracking of performance ratings, contract decisions, and promotion scores.
- 3. Monitor ComBen to ensure statutory benefits and loans are deducted on time, and payroll is processed with 100% accuracy.
- 4. Oversee Employee Relations to ensure timely issuance of charge sheets, accurate logging of security reports, and legally sound resolution of all employee cases.
- 5. Lead and supervise the HR team to ensure efficient operations.
