Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• 2–3 years in HR Team Lead or Supervisory role.
• Experience in a BPO environment.
• Knowledge with DOLE cases, employee relations, labor disputes and related matters.
• Good understanding of Philippine labor laws, government regulations and HR policies.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Antipolo City and occasionally report to Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviews, hiring and onboarding.
• Supervise, guide and support junior HR staff with performance goals and evaluations.
• Handle employee relations concerns, workplace conflicts, grievances, disciplinary actions and DOLE cases.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, company policies and government requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
• Monitor HR metrics and employee performance, provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in developing, implementing and improving HR policies, procedures and programs.
