About the role
The HR Supervisor will support the HR Manager in managing key Human Resources functions, with primary responsibility for Recruitment and Talent Management, Training and Development, and Performance Management. The role requires a proactive, people-oriented professional who can effectively partner with employees and management while ensuring the proper implementation of HR programs and processes.
Key responsibilities
Manage and oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding of qualified candidates.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Ensure that recruitment activities are aligned with the organization's manpower requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor employee training and development programs.
Identify training needs and recommend appropriate learning and development interventions.
Monitor the effectiveness and completion of training programs.
Administer and monitor the employee's performance management system.
Assist managers and employees in setting performance goals and addressing performance concerns.
Support the implementation of performance improvement and development initiatives.
Assist the HR Manager in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
About you
BS Psychology graduate preferred.
At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Strong knowledge and experience in various facets of Human Resources, particularly recruitment, training and development, and performance management.
People-oriented with a genuine interest in employee development and engagement.
Proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to take initiative.
High level of emotional intelligence and maturity in handling people and workplace concerns.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Diplomatic and tactful, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with employees, managers, and senior leadership.
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling HR matters.
