Job summary

International Marketing Group (IMG) Insurance Brokers Corp. is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR governance in a dynamic Manila-based environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in a supervisory HR capacity, strong knowledge of HR policies, and excellent communication to coordinate with departments and staff across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR policies.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with departments and supervise HR staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
• Ensure manpower requirements are filled within turnaround time through sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess applicants, perform background checks, and facilitate offers and onboarding.
• Administer benefits, leave records, government benefits, and HMO coverage.
• Ensure accurate employee records, job descriptions, org charts, and HR reports.
• Coordinate with department heads and other teams regarding HR concerns.
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and HR memos.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, BIR, and labor regulations.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
