Job summary

PROS Marketing in Nueva Ecija is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor for a full-time role. You will oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and records management, while supporting recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.

You will guide managers on HR policies, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and drive employee engagement and development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HR compliance.
• Experience in employee relations, disciplinary cases, recruitment, onboarding, payroll/timekeeping, and compensation & benefits.
• Skilled in drafting HR policies, memoranda, and due process documents (NTEs, administrative hearing notices, decisions).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily human resources operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding and record maintenance.
• Support the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews, managing job postings and liaising with hiring managers.
• Administer employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, leave management and statutory compliance.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with data protection and employment regulations.
• Handle employee relations matters, including addressing grievances, disciplinary issues and performance concerns in a fair and impartial manner.
• Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, employment law and best practices.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement.
• Maintain HR databases and reporting systems to provide accurate workforce analytics and metrics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support payroll administration and ensure timely processing of employee compensation.
