Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Pasig is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective implementation of compensation and benefits, talent development, employee relations, performance management, HR administration and compliance programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration, 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, and at least 1 year in a supervisory role; salary is 25K–27K PHP monthly

Job description

Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department and ensuring the effective implementation of compensation and benefits, talent development, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance programs. The position provides leadership to the HR team, ensures consistent implementation of company policies and procedures, supports organizational objectives, and assists the HR Manager in developing and executing strategic human resource initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.

At least three (3) to five (5) years of progressive Human Resource experience.

At least one (1) year of supervisory or team leadership experience
