Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the HR Department and ensure effective implementation of compensation and benefits, talent development, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance programs.
• Provide leadership to the HR team and ensure consistent policy execution across the organization.
• Assist HR Manager in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives.
• Work Schedule: 5 days, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
