Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a Supervisor, Human Resources to serve as a center point of contact for all remote employees in Lipa, PH. You will maintain employment records, communicate HR policies, and advise management on employee relations, performance, and compliance with local laws.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR, 3+ years in HR, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. Experience in fast-paced call center environments is preferred; entrepreneurial spirit is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in HR practices and labor law compliance.
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and employee relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and HRIS.
• Experience in call center or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with an “expect greater” attitude and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employment records using HR management systems.
• Communicate human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
• Serve as an effective and dedicated HR adviser to employees and management.
• Investigate employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concern and provide recommendations.
• Facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process.
• Promote and implement various HR programs and site events.
• Responsible for the administration of site benefits.
