Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking an HR Supervisor in the Philippines to serve as the central HR contact for employees. The role requires ensuring staff satisfaction, productivity, and legal compliance while advising management on HR matters.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, onboarding new hires, communicating policies, implementing HR programs, and benefits administration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years' experience in Employee and Labor Relations.
• Technically proficient in Microsoft applications and HRIS.
• Ability to exercise discretion and judgment when providing feedback, guidance, clarification, and disciplinary action.
• Experience in call center environment or fast paced work environment preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and "expect greater" attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employment records using HR management systems.
• Communicate human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
• Serve as an effective and dedicated HR adviser to employees and management.
• Facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process.
• Promote and implement various HR programs and site events.
• Administer site benefits.
