ResultsCX is seeking a Supervisor, Human Resources in the Lipa, Philippines area. You will be the center of contact for remote employees and oversee HR functions to ensure satisfaction, productivity, and legal compliance.

You’ll handle records, policy communication, employee relations, and onboarding within a fast-paced environment. The role requires a degree in HRM, 3+ years in HR, proficiency with HRIS, and a pragmatic, entrepreneurial approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent.
• 3+ years in HR with employment law knowledge and employee relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment.
• Experience in call center or fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with lead-by-example mindset.

Supervisor, Human Resources

The Supervisor, Human Resources is responsible for sharing Human Resources expertise as a center point of contact for all remote employees by performing a variety of HR functions. You will play a critical role to ensure employee satisfaction, productivity, and company compliance with all legal and goverment regulations.

In this role you will:

• Maintain employment records using HR management systems
• Communicate human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
• Serve as an effective and dedicated HR adviser to employees and management
• Investigate employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concern and provide recommendations
• Facilitate of a smooth new hire on boarding process
• Promote and implement various HR programs and site events
• Responsible for the administration of site benefits

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years’ experience in HR practices and principles related to employment & labor law supporting a diverse group of employees with experience in coaching, counseling, and employee relations.
• Technically proficient in Microsoft applications and HRIS
• Ability to exercises discretion and judgment when providing feedback, guidance, clarification, and disciplinary action
• Experience in call center environment or fast paced work environment preferred.
• Must possess entrepreneurial spirit, an “expect greater” attitude and lead by example
