Medical Center of Taguig City, Inc. is seeking a hands-on HR professional to plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations, policies, programs, and practices to support our growing team in Taguig.
This role conducts orientation, training, ensures legal and company policy compliance, maintains HR systems, and guides disciplinary actions when needed, while organizing workflows so staff understand their duties and benefits are clearly communicated.
Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Evaluates the effectiveness of the organization's training programs and recommends areas of improvement.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Ensures adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Prepares and improves HR systems for continuous organizational growth
Organizes workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Conducts new hire employee orientations, apprises employees of benefit options, and accurately completes requisite paperwork for new staff members
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required.
A Master's degree in Human Resources and related fields is preferred but not required
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Must have intermediate computer skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, general word processing, etc.
