Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation seeks an HR Supervisor to bridge the HR Manager and frontline team, overseeing performance and development of HR Specialists across Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Engagement. This role serves as the first escalation point for ER, compliance, and service issues and leads QA, coaching, process improvement, and SOP rollout.

Hybrid work setup with travel for HR-related activities is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with supervisory/mentoring experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor law and DOLE regulations (twin-notice rule, due process).
• Exposure across multiple HR disciplines (ER, Recruitment, C&B, Engagement) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team KPI performance and coach Specialists before issues affect departmental scorecards.
• Serve as first-level escalation point for ER, compliance, and service issues, resolving within TAT.
• Run QA audits across onboarding, recruitment, C&B, and ER transactions, and drive corrective action.
• Conduct regular coaching and 1:1s, and close skill and knowledge gaps within the team.
• Manage interdepartmental requests and monitor RICA/ticketing SLAs for the team.
• Track team attrition and retention risks, and support exit interviews.
• Consolidate and submit accurate team KPI reports on or before deadline.
• Identify and lead at least one process improvement or automation initiative per quarter.
• Draft, review, and maintain HR policies and SOPs within target timelines.
• Roll out new policies/SOPs to the team and verify compliance through QA spot-checks.

• Exposure across multiple HR disciplines (ER, Recruitment, C&B, Engagement) is an advantage.

Skill And Competencies

• People leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and a QA mindset, with policy/SOP drafting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and HRIS/ATS/ticketing systems (e.g., Sprout)
• High integrity, organization, and cross-departmental stakeholder management.
