• Administer performance appraisal processes and support managers with performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Operations: Supervise HR staff (if applicable), delegating tasks effectively and ensuring the timely delivery of HR services.

• Management Experience Required: Prior management or supervisory experience is required for this role.

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.

• Employee Relations & Compliance: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and company policies.

• Legal Knowledge Requirement: Working knowledge of Philippine labour laws is required.

• Performance Management: Administer the performance appraisal process, assisting managers with performance enhancement, counseling, and capability building.

• Training & Development: Coordinate internal/external workshops, and facilitate onboarding programs.

• HR Analytics & Reporting: Collect and analyze HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire) to support data-driven decisions by management.

• Policy Implementation: Review and implement HR policies, ensuring they align with organizational goals and legal standards.
