Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Staff to support recruitment, employee development, and Japan-related stay procedures. The role emphasizes onboarding, training, labor relations, and organizational development within a collaborative team.

Our company is seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Staff to support our growing team. In this role, you will handle and/or assist in various HR responsibilities such as recruitment, employee development, managing procedures for short-term stays in Japan, benefits management, and labor relations. We are looking for someone who can collaborate with team members and contribute to improving employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
Employee Development: Plan and manage onboarding programs for new hires and continuous training for staff.
Training: Handle hands‑on training of existing and new employees from providing training badges, updating skills matrices, and achieving training needs analysis.
Labor Relations: Support labor compliance, including attendance tracking and adherence to labor laws.
Employee Support: Address employee inquiries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.
Organizational Development: Propose and implement initiatives to improve team performance and organizational structure.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR-related roles is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Languages: Fluency in English is required.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential.
