Job summary

Yakult Philippines Incorporated in Calamba invites a dedicated HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions for the factory, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. You will monitor attendance, timekeeping, leave, and policy implementation, coordinate benefits and statutory requirements, and support performance management, training, and welfare activities.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in psychology or HR.
• Experience in HR in food manufacturing preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to speak/understand Visaya dialect (for El Salvador only).
• Knowledgeable in computer software.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate with different stakeholders.
• CHRA certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records, reports, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and government requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads, supervisors, and the Manila Liaison Office HR Team on HR concerns, manpower requirements, and other personnel matters.
• Perform other HR-related duties and special projects.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and applicable government requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads, supervisors, and the Manila LiaisonOffice HR Team on HR concerns, manpower requirements, and other personnel matters.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:

• Full-time employment
• Onsite; Work Assignment Yakult Calamba Factory
• Six (6) working days a week; Monday to Saturday
• Work Time: 7:45AM to 4:45PM
• 6 Months before Regularization

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science in Psychology / Human Resources
• Preferably with experience asHR in Food Manufacturing
