Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus.
• HR certification is an advantage.
• Prior HR experience preferred.
• Willing to work day or graveyard shifts as needed.
• Willing to travel to Calamba, Los Baños, Bay sites.

I. Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of human resource functions within the organization. This role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. The HR Generalist partners with managers and employees to promote a positive work environment, uphold company policies, and ensure alignment with labor laws and organizational goals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• HR certification (e.g., CHRA) is an advantage

• Prior experience in HR or related roles is preferred

• Willing to work on a day shift or graveyard shift as needed

• Willing to be assigned or travel to different sites (Calamba, Los Baños, Bay)
