Job summary

The candidate should have a BS degree in a related field and 3–5 years of ER/Labor Relations experience, with MS Office

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, HRM, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Labor Relations.
• Proven experience in managing disciplinary cases, conducting workplace investigations, and resolving conflicts.
• Knowledgeable in grievance handling procedures.
• Experience organizing or supporting employee engagement initiatives is an advantage.
• Background in handling performance evaluation processes is a plus.
