The HR Staff (Employee Relations) is responsible for assisting the execution of policies and guidelines on employee relations, performance management, recognition and promotions, discipline and exit management. The position also supports employee engagement initiatives that promote employee morale, foster a positive workplace culture, enhance employee experience, and reinforce compliance with company policies while supporting organizational growth.
Ensure timely and accurate administration of disciplinary cases to minimize legal, financial, and operational risks.
Monitor attendance-related issues to reduce productivity losses and policy violations.
Facilitate employee movement processes (regularization, promotion and transfers) with accuracy and proper documentation to align compensation and benefits actions
Facilitate employee offboarding and clearance processes to safeguard company assets and accountabilities.
Support the consistent application of company policies and controls to protect organizational resources and interests.
Employee Relations ( ER) - Provide timely assistance and administrative support in handling employee concerns to foster positive workplace culture. Deliver responsive and professional HR support to employees and management.
Discipline Management - Administer disciplinary actions fairly and consistently. Facilitate disciplinary case administration while ensuring fairness, consistency, and due process.
Benefits Administration - Administer employee regularization, promotion, and offboarding processes efficiently and professionally.
Recognition and Promotions - Implement recognition programs and promotion processes. Support employee engagement initiatives that promote morale, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
Exit Management - Process clearances and conduct exit interview
Manage end-to-end disciplinary case documentation, routing, monitoring, and records management.
Maintain accurate employee records, reports, trackers, and personnel documentation.
Generate, validate, and maintain attendance, tardiness, absence, and undertime monitoring reports.
Coordinate and process employee regularization requirements, approvals, documentation, and announcements.
Facilitate employee resignation, clearance, exit interview, and separation documentation processes.
Identify opportunities to improve HR administrative processes, record management, and service delivery records and HR documentation to support organizational learning and decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2-3 years of HR experience in employee relations, performance management, or benefits administration
Training in HR policies and procedures, employee engagement strategies, and conflict resolution.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines.
