Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, applicant screening, interview coordination, and hiring documentation.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring completion of requirements, orientation, and clearance procedures.
• Maintain and monitor employee timekeeping records and coordinate with payroll for accurate and timely salary processing.
• Prepare incident reports, notices to explain, and disciplinary documents in coordination with management.
• Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
• Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies, rules, and labor standards compliance.
• Address employee concerns, support positive employee relations, and assist in resolving workplace issues.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to daily HR operations and management requests.
• Support management in day-to-day HR matters, including performance issues, attendance concerns, and employee documentation.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned to support efficient and effective HR operations.
