Cold Link Asia Logistics Corporation is seeking an experienced Payroll Master / Payroll Supervisor to oversee accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for a multi-site workforce.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field with at least 5 years in payroll, plus 2 years of supervisory experience. Proficiency in Excel and HRIS is essential, with strong knowledge of Philippine payroll laws and DOLE computations.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and compensation and benefits.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in payroll or HR operations.
Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll laws and DOLE-mandated computations.
Experience in handling payroll for labor-intensive, multi-site, or logistics-related operations is highly preferred.
Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contribution computations and other statutory requirements.
Experience in payroll reconciliation, audit, and payroll controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll or HRIS systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Supervise the end-to-end payroll processing for regular, non-regular, and agency personnel.
Ensure accurate computation of basic salary, overtime pay, holiday pay, rest day pay, night shift differential, allowances, deductions, and other payroll components.
Review attendance records, timekeeping data, leave applications, and payroll inputs before processing.
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within established deadlines.
Coordinate with HR, Accounting, and Operations to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure timely payroll release.
Maintain proper payroll records, reports, and supporting documents.
Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure accurate computation and processing of government-mandated benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
Monitor employee deductions, loans, and other payroll-related adjustments.
Assist in the implementation and administration of salary adjustments, promotions, regularization, and other compensation-related changes.
Review and validate payroll-related benefit claims and employee requests.
Ensure proper coordination with Accounting for payroll funding and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with applicable Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations relating to wages, working hours, and payroll.
Ensure accurate computation of minimum wage, overtime pay, holiday pay, premium pay, night shift differential, service incentive leave pay, and other applicable statutory benefits.
Monitor changes in wage orders and other government-mandated payroll requirements.
Assist in the preparation of payroll-related reports and documents for government compliance and inspections.
Ensure payroll practices are consistently applied across branches, warehouses, hubs, and operational locations.
Review payroll calculations and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Establish and maintain payroll controls to minimize errors, unauthorized adjustments, and payroll discrepancies.
Conduct regular payroll reconciliation and validation of payroll data.
Investigate and resolve payroll variances, employee concerns, and deduction discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee payroll and compensation information.
Assist in internal and external payroll audits when required.
Supervise the validation of attendance and timekeeping records from various company locations.
Coordinate with HR and Operations regarding attendance discrepancies, undertime, overtime, absences, and leave applications.
Ensure proper implementation of payroll cutoffs and attendance submission deadlines.
Monitor timekeeping systems and recommend improvements to payroll accuracy and efficiency.
Lead, coach, and develop the payroll and compensation and benefits team.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of payroll activities.
Establish clear work standards and controls for payroll processing.
Provide guidance to HR staff on payroll procedures, computations, and employee compensation concerns.
Promote accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the payroll function.
